One of the things I do in my space is personalize wine glasses, tumblers, and make cards to sell in my ETSY store. I have attempted to create my own logos but I could never make it into what I wanted. I decided to hire a graphic designer couple weeks ago.
Her shop is FreshLavenderDesigns. You choose the package you want. It can be for a logo, banners on your social media, or whatever you need to make your brand stand out. After you place your order, she will send you a questionnaire. She asks you a variety of questions like a color scheme, things you want to incorporate/things you don't, font styles you like, and she will also ask you to upload photos of other logos you like to get an idea. She will then create 2-3 options for you to choose from. From there you can have as many revisions as needed to make it the way you want it.
For my logo, I went with the colors of my birthday cake from yesterday. Gold, turquoise, and pink. Pink has always been a favorite color. The wine glass is significant because it was the first item I ever sold in my ETSY store 5 years ago.
With a new craft space and a new logo, I needed a way to keep track of my crafty goals. Creations I want to make for myself, ETSY store, gifts for other people, and to enter card/scrapbook challenges.
So I came up with a dry erase board. I picked up this board from Walmart in the school supply section. The file for the Cameo 4 machine is called Makers Gonna Make. I chose to use some of the elements from that file to decorate my board. The font style is Happily Forever for "Today's Crafty Goals" in turquoise 651 vinyl and then I used pink or dark pink for the numbers. The font style I used for the numbers was Craft Lovers.
My goal is to make 2 things off my list each. It may be a card, ornament, or something that has been in notebook for 2 years now. But my goal is to make 2 things each day. How do you stay organized with your crafty to dos? Comment below.
